6G-PATH & ELASTIC Webinar: Intelligent Orchestration across the Edge–Cloud Continuum

The 6G-PATH and ELASTIC Project projects, both funded by the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU), are organising a joint webinar exploring how next-generation orchestration frameworks can enable efficient and scalable service deployment across the edge–cloud continuum.

As future 6G systems evolve toward highly distributed infrastructures, intelligent orchestration will play a key role in managing complex environments spanning cloud, edge, and network domains. During the webinar, experts from both projects will present key technological advances, including MIRO, an AI-native multi-domain orchestration framework developed within 6G-PATH, and Propeller, a lightweight orchestration solution from ELASTIC designed for flexible and efficient deployment of services across distributed edge–cloud environments.

The session will feature presentations by Tarik Taleb (Ruhr University Bochum; ICTFICIAL – 6G-PATH), Dhouha Ayed (Thales SIX – ELASTIC), and Drasko Draskovic (Abstract Machines – ELASTIC), with moderation by Despina Kopanaki (Technical University of Crete – ELASTIC).

Participants will gain practical insights into how intelligent automation and lightweight orchestration approaches can address critical challenges in managing heterogeneous infrastructures and support the development of secure, adaptable, and high-performance 6G services.
