SNS CO-OP Questionnaire Webinar – SNS Call 1 & 2 projects results and Call 3 projects ambitions
Event Description:
The Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) 16 Call 3 projects commenced their activities on 1 January 2025. They have joined the 35 running projects from the previous Call 1 that started in 2023, and the 28 projects from Call 2 that started in 2024. In total, these 79 ongoing projects take both evolutionary and revolutionary approaches towards the research and development of novel technologies, functionalities and ecosystems that will enable the transition towards 6G networks by 2030.
The SNS-OPS and SNS CO-OP Coordination & Support Action projects, tasked with supporting the projects’ work and promoting the key messages of the SNS Joint Undertaking, have conducted an extensive survey during the first semester of 2025 to obtain additional information about each project’s technical aspects, vision, approach and achievements.
The goal of this survey was to better understand the work planned in each of the Call 3 projects, the combined challenges with Call 1 and Call 2 projects, and the progress achieved so far by Call 1 and Call 2 projects.
