6G-PATH Training Session 4: Secure API Access + Policy Enforcement

The fourth session of the 6G-PATH T5.3 Tutorials & Third-Party Training series takes place online on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, 15:00–16:00 CET. It focuses on security and policy enforcement and brings together contributions from Telefónica and Fraunhofer FOKUS in two tutorials of about 30 minutes each.

In the first tutorial, Jorge Moratinos Salcines (Telefónica, TSC Chair of the ETSI OCF SDG) and Pelayo Torres Alonso (Telefónica, OCF SDG contributor) build on the previous OpenCAPIF hands-on session, this time from the API consumer side. Their demo shows an invoker subscribing to API availability events, discovering a newly published API and consuming it securely.

In the second tutorial, Hemant Zope (Fraunhofer FOKUS) shows how external users can dynamically request and access network resources through CAMARA APIs, with policy enforcement ensuring compliance with network policies and authorisation rules.

The session ends with a Q&A with the speakers.
