CENTRIC Workshop on AI-Driven Radio Network Control – March 4, 2025
On March 4 at 14:00 – 15:30 CET as the CENTRIC project hosted an insightful workshop on AI-driven Radio Network Control.
Spearheaded by Work Package 4 (WP4), this session explored advanced AI protocols and radio resource management techniques shaping the future of 6G networks.
Presentations included:
- Abanoub Pipaoy (UOULU): Time-Series Joint Embedding Predictive Architecture for Control Tasks (recording)
- Bryan Liu (NNF): A Lossless Compression Technique for the Downlink Control Information Message (recording)
- Septimia Sarbu (UOULU): Protocol Learning for the Collaborative Navigation of Robots (recording)
- Francesco Malandrino (CNIT): Efficient Management of Human-Centric, Cell-Less 6G Networks (recording)
This workshop highlighted innovative solutions to optimize communication protocols, manage network resources, and address the unique challenges of 6G use cases.
By integrating AI-driven approaches, CENTRIC aims to revolutionize wireless connectivity for applications such as autonomous robots, sustainable network architectures, and collaborative navigation.
