Co-creation events organized by the SNS-ICE project at the 5G TECHRITORY 2024

This year, for this 7th edition of the 5G Techritory platform initiative, the event will take place from October 30 to October 31, 2024, with over 600 speakers and guests in attendance in Riga, Latvia.

Over the course of the two days, the SNS ICE project, a Smart Networks and Services Joint-Undertaking (SNS JU) support project for coordination and support actions (CSA) in charge to establish dialogue with 6G initiatives in Europe, has co-organised the following 5 events:

SNS-ICE #1 – From 5G to 6G: leveraging key trends and 5G evolution to shape 6G for vertical sectors

This co creation event will share 5GPPP and SNS JU experience in developing mobile technologies. 6G-IA members will share results on trials to validate vertical uses cases, while industrial players will share their experience to bring 5G to real world.

Panel discussion on WHY 6G: The European Priorities

This panel explored why 6G is needed and Europe’s priorities in its development, including technologies and societal impact. It also highlighted lessons from 5G and the role of sustainability beyond just energy efficiency.
