SNS – Trials & Pilots (T&Ps) – submissions to Brochure n°2
SNS Projects extensively validate and conduct T&Ps of 5G Advanced and 6G technology in many vertical sectors, this including automotive, industry, media & entertainment, public safety, health, energy, smart cities, transport & logistics among others. The first SNS T&Ps Brochure was released as input to EuCNC & 6GS 2025 on 02.06.25. SNS – Trials Working Group & Technology Board (TB) are now preparing the SNS T&Ps to be published at EuCNC & 6GS event in June 2026.
SNS Projects are now invited to submit their Trials & Pilots for consideration to be included in Brochure n°2. Clearly the T&Ps to be included in the Brochure n°2 shall be from SNS Projects: SNS Call 1 (WP2021-2022), Call 2 (WP2023) or Call 3 (WP2024). T&Ps from Open Calls of SNS Projects are also welcome in the SNS T&Ps Brochures.
The Trials and Pilots from the SNS Projects have to be completed or approaching completion (e.g. with already concrete outcomes/results) to be included in the SNS Brochure n°2.
SNS Projects may submit several T&Ps if they have more than one Trial or Pilot completed and ready for dissemination (i.e. TRLs 5-6-7). Please make one separate submission per Trial or Pilot. Each SNS Projects T&Ps submitted must be fully synchronized with the SNS Vertical Engagement Tracker.
The First part of the form is where the Trial or Pilot must be described clearly in the Flyer (max 2 pages) with specific sub-sections addressing (1) Overview, (2) Architecture, (3) Deployment, (4) Results and (5) 5G Advanced / 6G Empowerment. The descriptions of the Trials and/or Pilots must be clearly understandable by a wide audience of readers, including readers outside of SNS community. You may submit figures and photos (at least 2 not more than 5 – max 2 MB each) but please keep in mind the page limit. This will be published.
The Second part is a request for additional information which will be used to aid the evaluation of your trial or pilot so that the Trials and Pilots that best represent the ambitions and achievements of the SNS JU can be identified.
All parts of the form must be completed and submitted by Friday 20.02.26 EOB to be considered for inclusion in the SNS Trials and Pilots Brochure No. 2.
Late submissions will not be considered.
