The Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) is looking to expand its pool of experts to evaluate project proposals and monitor ongoing projects in the field of beyond 5G, 6G technology and smart networks and services. Your Role as an Expert
Selected experts will be involved in:
- Evaluating project proposals applying for EU funding under the SNS JU Calls
- Assessing technical, financial and innovation aspects of proposals
- Monitoring the implementation of funded projects, reviewing deliverables and providing an assessment of the project’s progress
- Contributing to the achievement of the SNS JU’s objectives in advancing European leadership in future networks technologies and services
Working Arrangements
- Most work can be conducted remotely
- Some on-site meetings may be required in Brussels or in other European cities
- Compensation includes daily fees and, where applicable, travel and accommodation expenses (For more information, please see the model contract for Experts)
- Work periods can be distributed across few weeks or several months based on Call schedules
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields
- Strong technical background in telecommunications, networks, or related areas
- Excellent analytical and evaluation skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- No conflicts of interest with ongoing SNS JU activities
