SNS JU appoints 16 members to its Stakeholders Group
Brussels 15 July 2026 – The Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) has appointed 16 organisations as members of its Stakeholders Group.
The Stakeholders Group is an official advisory body of the SNS JU. It provides input on the Joint Undertaking’s strategic priorities, including the Annual Work Programmes, the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), and the preparation of the future EU research framework for 2028–2034.
The Group brings together relevant industry and research organisations, European associations, standardisation development organisation, regulatory bodies, and other entities.
Today, the SNS JU stands at the forefront of a transformational era—one in which digital connectivity has become a strategic imperative for Europe’s competitiveness, resilience and digital autonomy.
In this context, the SNS JU Stakeholders Group will contribute to a collaborative vision for Europe’s next-generation digital infrastructures and services, helping to ensure that industry needs, policy objectives and innovation strategies are closely aligned.

Membership of the Stakeholders Group remains open on a rolling basis. New organisations may apply throughout the year through the Call for Expression of Interest, which includes the eligibility criteria and application form.
