SNS JU Info Day and Brokerage Online Event

This online event aims to inform potential applicants about the funding opportunities within the R&I Work Programme 2025 of the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) and to assist those interested in submitting a proposal.  Potential proposers can find more details on the open SNS Calls and various Topics on the EU Funding and Tenders Portal . 

Speakers from SNS JU, European Commission and 6G Smart Networks and Services Industry Association (6G-IA)  will provide detailed insights into the Calls ambitions and focus, evaluation and award processes. Attendees will have the opportunity to pose specific Call-related questions and present their organisation and interests for possible future collaborations.

This SNS JU Info day and Brokerage Event is planned in two parts:

• Part 1: The Info day
  • During this part, the information on the Call context & orientations, the content of the Work Programme, and the Call conditions will be presented, allowing time for Q&As.
• Part 2: Brokerage Session
  • During this part potential project participants may make short pitches to promote their competence and/or their project ideas.

During the Brokerage session, each speaker will have 5’ to make their presentation and this will be strictly controlled.  Pitch applications should be submitted by 16.05.25.  Late applications arriving after this date will be put on a stand-by list.

The proposed pitch presentations must be submitted to the email address in the confirmation mail by Monday 19.05.25 EoB.  The brokerage Session agenda will be published on the 19.05.25 as well.

The final agenda will be listed below and the presentations will be linked via the presenters name after then event.

To further assist stakeholders to form competitive proposal consortia, the SNS JU Brokerage Platform is also available. In this platform, any organisation can post its expertise or proposal ideas, and of course all can browse the information posted by other stakeholders.
